just a most lovely day in Stirling.

the morning was turning my alarm off in my sleep, Rachel getting stuck outside the subway gate and boarding the wrong train. but boy , did the rest of the day deliver.

Stirling Old Town Jail. obviously.

views of Stirling from the Jail's top tower.

it looks like this is where the world ends.

such beautifully horrible rainy freezing weather that it doesn't matter you can't feel your fingers because your eyes are just too busy.

our jail tour guide.

meet George. i swore he was real so i hid my glance whenever we walked by for fear he'd jump out at me if i looked too hard.

she's fake also.

cemetery in Holy Rude Church behind the jail.

a carousel in the front yard of Stirling Castle. i swear.

screaming sugared children riding flying colors watching thousand year old stone fly by.

the girl with the red umbrella?
well we're just attached at the hip these days.

chocolate Mary Queen of Scots & Co.

Here in auld days
The wolf roam'd
In a hole of the rock
In Ambush lay.
